Shayla has been a registered dental assistant for the past 26 years, and has been assisting Dr. Pollard for 16 years. She knows what instrument he needs before he can even ask for it, and sometimes before he even knows that he needs it. Shayla is married and has a wonderful daughter and son. She enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family and friends on the weekends.
